Property Films produces cinematic, property sales videos, used as a sales tool by real estate agents across SE Queensland. Priority no 1 is providing real estate agents with an additional tool to help them save time, money, and increase property sales.
Based in South East QLD, Property films caters to Real Estate Agencies on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.

Our videos capture the atmosphere of the property and elicit an emotional response from the consumer. We pride ourselves on creativity, achievement of sales goals and timeliness of delivery for our customers.

    WHAT IS A PROPERTY FILM?

    1. Our production team works with your staff to schedule the filming of the property and / or area.
    2. Our production crew will arrive and capture compelling, full motion high definition video of your property.
    3. The selling agent, may wish to present the property as part of the video, or alternatively, record a voiceover to accompany the vision.
    (Where possible, we recommend that agents present at least a portion of their video to camera. This helps to provide the viewer with a more realistic viewing experience, as well as the feeling of dealing with a professional agency.

    4. The footage shot is compiled in our studio. Graphics and music are incorporated to create a full motion video production.
    5. The video is then compressed for online, DVD, CD and / or mini CD distribution within 48hrs. Your video can be hosted on Propertyfilms.com.au with the inclusion of a custom URL location + Splash Page. Alternatively (or in addition) you may wish to host your video on your own website, or any other server you specify.
